Professional Experience

Debra graduated from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, in 1985, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. This included completion of the Justice Seminar at The American University, Washington, DC, in 1984.

Debra attained her Juris Doctor law degree from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, NY, in 1988. She was admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court in 1988.

Also in 1988, Debra was trained as a Guardian ad Litem, and has spent the past twenty three years representing children and helping families. She has continued with ongoing training during that time, and received Certification, when implemented by the State of NH.

Debra was trained in Collaborative Law in 2000, maintaining current Certification, and demonstrating her ability and commitment to work cooperatively with her clients and other professionals, while protecting their interests.

Debra is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Merrimack County Bar Association, and New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member of the NHBA Family Law Section and the Collaborative Law Alliance of NH.
